About Us

We are the homeowners of 424 Talcott Place, 428 Talcott Place, 430 Talcott Place, & 1305 S. Crescent, along with a few passionate fans of the neighborhood.

Our public hearing on the proposed Spanish Town Historic District before the Park Ridge Historic Preservation Commission will be held at 6:00 p.m. on August 5, 2026, at City Hall. We welcome all who would like to be heard on this matter to attend.
